科學研究：

研究方向：

昆蟲的生物化學和分子生物學。圍繞家蠶血淋巴中參與先天性免疫反應的蛋白質和體壁中的表皮蛋白，采用基因工程、蛋白質組學等技術，研究這些分子在家蠶防御體系中的作用機制。

承擔的科研情況：

現為國家科技部863項目“家蠶基因表達譜和蛋白質組研究”主持人、973子項目“家蠶生物工廠及基因組應用的拓展研究”負責人、還主持完成了重慶市自然科學基金課題一項。

1、日本文部省A11306005項目資助的家蠶血液蛋白酶抑制子的分離，純化以及功能研究。

2、家蠶基因表達譜和蛋白質組研究，國家科技部，2006.12-2010.10。

3、與小分子堿性蛋白酶抑制子相結合蛋白質的研究，西南農業大學，2005.04-2008.04。

4、家蠶生物工廠及基因組應用的拓展研究，國家科技部，2006.01-2010.12。

5、與堿性蛋白酶抑制子CI-b1相結合蛋白質的基因克隆和原，重慶市科委，2005.07-2007.12。
